When she returned home to Hot Springs, Arkansas, she obtained an Associate of Science degree with emphasis in business fundamentals. Meaghan Proctor-Page

Meaghan Proctor-Page joined Advanced Interventional Pain in July of 2021 as the Clinical Director of the Texarkana Pain Surgery Center in Texarkana AR. She graduated with her Associate’s degree in 2012 from Texarkana College. She then continued her education through Walden University and obtained a BSN in 2019 and an MSN in Nursing Leadership in Administration in 2020. Meaghan has worked in various areas in nursing including nursing home long-term care, cardiac and stroke care at Christus St. Michael, and hospice care for 2 years at Heritage Home Health and Hospice in Texarkana. While managing the Texarkana Pain Surgery Center, she also enjoys spending time with friends, her family, including her church family at Springlake Baptist Church. Meaghan is married  to Mitchell Page and has 3 children; Caiden, Mason, and Joleigh Page.

Heather Moreland

Heather Moreland joined Advanced Interventional Pain in January of 2019 as the Clinical Director of the Ambulatory Surgery Center. She graduated with her Associate’s degree in 2010 from National Park Community College.Prior to Advanced Interventional Pain, she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baptist in Little Rock, Spring Creek Surgery Center, and St Vincent Medical Center. She was able to develop her nursing skills as well as leadership abilities. She has a passion for caring for people. While managing the surgery center is her primary job function by day, she also enjoys watching her three children grow. Heather resides in Malvern with her husband, Don and her three kids, Austin, Dylan, and Katie.

When it comes to patient care, Nurse Practitioner Melissa Keesee's approach is simple: provide the best quality care equally to all who she comes in contact with and make a lasting impact on each patient's life. Melissa started out as a registered nurse in 1993 after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.  After spending time developing her nursing career and raising her three children, Melissa graduated from Walden University with honors in 2020 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Hayley Rosnermanz joined the Advanced Interventional Pain Management Team in July of 2021 and primarily cares for patients at the Hot Springs Clinic. Hayley earned her Bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and then after gaining 5 years’ experience as a bedside Nurse went on to further her career as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She earned her Master's degree in nursing from Walden University and is recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Hayley has worked in the healthcare industry for 10 years, gaining experience in healthcare as a whole. Daniel H. Brown, APRN is an advanced practice nurse practitioner at Advanced Interventional Pain Management, with locations in Hot Springs, Little Rock, Texarkana, El Dorado, Arkadelphia, and Mena, Arkansas. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Daniel earned his ADN from Texarkana College in 2015. He continued his education at Walden University, earning his BSN in 2017 and his MSN in 2020. Daniel started his nursing career as an RN working in the operating room. He has worked at Christus Saint Michael Health System and Wadley Regional Medical Center. Daniel takes great pride in serving the area's population with individualized and compassionate care at Advanced Interventional Pain Management. About Emily Turner

Emily Turner, APRN is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2002, where she worked as an RN in orthopedics and did medical surgical nursing at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. Emily then relocated back to her hometown of Mena, Arkansas, where she has been a lifelong resident. She has dedicated much of her career to the Mena Regional Health System Emergency Department since 2005. In May 2020, Emily earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Emily has a passion for serving the citizens of Mena and Polk county, delivering compassionate and excellent care to each patient she encounters. Emily resides in Mena with her husband and two children.

Peggy Wren, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner who is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is proud to provide compassionate care to patients at Advanced Interventional Pain Management, with locations in Hot Springs, Little Rock, Texarkana, El Dorado, Arkadelphia, and Mena, Arkansas. Peggy is currently licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas and has special interests in family care and pain management. She graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and obtained a Master of Science in nursing in family practice from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois. Her previous experience includes a strong background working in primary and critical care nursing. Ryan V. Stuckey MD is an Anesthesiologist with subspecialty training in interventional pain management. Dr. Stuckey grew up in Bryant, Arkansas and completed his undergraduate training at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He later earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). After graduating from medical school he stayed at UAMS to complete his residency in Anesthesiology, serving as chief resident his final year. After residency he then went on to complete a chronic pain fellowship at the University of North Carolina. At Advanced Interventional Pain Management, Dr. Stuckey’s treatment goal is to reduce pain and improve functional capacity utilizing minimally invasive fluoroscopic-guided procedures in order to decrease reliance on medication. Jose A. Garcia, MD, is an experienced anesthesiologist and pain management physician at Advanced Interventional Pain Management. He currently serves patients at the practice’s locations in Texarkana and El Dorado, Arkansas. Dr. Garcia completed his undergraduate degree at Texas State University in San Marcos, graduating summa cum laude. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHealth) in San Antonio. He then chose to stay in San Antonio for extensive training in anesthesiology, followed by a pain medicine fellowship, both completed at UTHealth.
