Zachary Geiling, APRN, serves as a Nurse Practitioner at our Hot Springs Clinic. He holds degrees from Henderson State University. A proud native of Hot Springs Village, Zachary returned to the area with his wife and children after an impactful career as a travel nurse, during which he provided critical care in COVID-19 crisis zones, and six years in the Army Reserves as a combat medic. Zach received specialized pain management training and direction from Dr. Ryan Stuckey for over a year. Zach continues to work closely with Dr Abraham and Dr Stuckey in order to find the best treatment options for each patient. He is passionate about pain management and understands that chronic pain affects all aspects of life. For that reason Zach is dedicated to helping patients live a life with less pain.

Chris A. Jarvis, APRN/MSN, NREMT-P

Chris is a native Arkansan and graduate from Kirby High School in southwest Arkansas. After high school he served almost 4 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist. He served in Germany, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. He obtained his EMT certification in 1994 and began working as a Police Officer for the City of Little Rock in 1995. While working for the City of Little Rock, he completed an Associate of Science degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences while obtaining Paramedic licensure. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University. Chris has more the 30 years of experience in EMS and 20 years of experience in Nursing, with 8 years of that as a Nurse Practitioner. When it comes to patient care, Nurse Practitioner Melissa Keesee's approach is simple: provide the best quality care equally to all who she comes in contact with and make a lasting impact on each patient's life. She works in conjunction with Dr. Abraham and the other Physicians and APRNs of Advanced Interventional Pain Management. Melissa started out as a registered nurse in 1993 after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.  After spending time developing her nursing career and raising her three children, Melissa graduated from Walden University with honors in 2020 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Keesee is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American/Arkansas Nurses Association, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ryan Stuckey, MD

About Dr. Stuckey

Ryan V. Stuckey MD is an Anesthesiologist with subspecialty training in interventional pain management. Dr. Stuckey grew up in Bryant, Arkansas and completed his undergraduate training at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He later earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). After graduating from medical school he stayed at UAMS to complete his residency in Anesthesiology, serving as chief resident his final year. After residency he then went on to complete a chronic pain fellowship at the University of North Carolina. At Advanced Interventional Pain Management, Dr. Stuckey’s treatment goal is to reduce pain and improve functional capacity utilizing minimally invasive fluoroscopic-guided procedures in order to decrease reliance on medication.
